Instead of dreading my haircut like I did 10 years ago, I actually look forward to seeing Joseph and his staff. I would recommend them to anybody.
I went to Joseph twice. The first time he did a decent job highlighting hair, but the second time his staff made a mistake with my booking. I was not booked for nearly a long enough appointment and I was given an attitude as if it was my fault. Joseph hurried through my highlights and did a terrible job. He loves to discuss his lengthy career and his loyal customers, but perhaps if you are a new customer you don't receive the same effort. I will not be returning.
Joseph has been cutting my hair for years. I absolutely love him and his staff of professionals. They are extremely professional and pleasant to be around.

I have experienced pampering on the next level. This salon is liking walking into old Hollywood, chic and elegant. When you are asked at your salon coffee, tea or water then served in stemmed glass you know you have arrived. This was the best. I thought I had left Wilmington, until I walked back out the front door. The owners and staff are just wonderful people. I got a pedicure and Sara was so professional and easy to talk to it was like sitting with an old friend. You must experience it for yourself and take a friend because they won't believe you. Thanks Sara and Joseph for making me feel like it wasn't my first time. You will see me again. Vee

Kenleigh did an amazing job on my hair for a military ball last year. My curls were perfect, not prom-y but very elegant. I haven't purchased chemical services from her but she seems to really know what she's doing and I would definitely go in the future to do so. I also used to see Dawn for eyelash extensions, she is a sweet and wonderful person and always did a fantastic job on my eyelashes! She worked quickly, and is the type of person to go out of her way to make sure you're happy with the results. She's also easy to talk to, which is great because the extensions take 1-2 hours. By far the best esthetician I've been to. Everyone else I met briefly at the salon seemed to be very friendly and I will certainly be coming back to get my hair done and try a facial in the near future.
