Customer service suck on top bus was either extra early or skipped bus stop. Talked calmly to the bus driver after of 103 seem to be a new lady while waiting one hour for the bus to come back I asked her what happen to her being at the stopped at 4:50pm she said she was there which isnt true at all. Now I called the forden station when I missed the bus supposedly taljed with a supervisor I called bj after finally getting on the bus an the customer service agent was very rude an nasty. This all happen at btw the hour of 4:50pm- 5:50pm Thursday 1/4 2016. I will not ride these buses anymore. I rarher walk
Sucked customer service is ruined only one hour to buy ticket then have to leave property

The bus drivers are great! But every thing else is horrible. Not very user friendly, way over priced and not enough routes!
