Well I have been renting cars for 20 years and this is the first time I hear such thing. The reservation says unlimited mileage included, so why should I pay more for driving to PA and coming back?

If I could give a lower star I would. I have never been so mistreated so disrespectfully in my life. The manager, Kelly Hall (who apparently quit 3 days ago to go to the Thrifty in Myrtle Beach), was the biggest you know what I have ever met. She made rude comments regarding me, my children, and my job. I booked through Expedia, and she refused to honor the commitment that Expedia had given me. She also attempted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $800.00 for the car that I didn't want. The car (truck) was a gas guzzler, and my trip cost me over $250.00 in gas alone. The interior lights did not work, the key fob did not work and the bluetooth did not work. Additionally, I returned the truck early, and the desk clerk, Brian would not refund me the additional day. When I asked to speak to the manager, Brian informed me that there was no manager, he did not know who the owner of the company was, he did not know the phone number to the corporate office, he did not know who signed his paychecks (Yes, I asked). He also informed me that the Thrifty at the airport was a franchise and that their rules were not the same as the corporate policies, and that the two offices were not in communication with one another regarding their policies. I will never use Thrifty again, and I will tell all my friends, and colleagues not to use Thrifty either.

The person discriminated me based on my color and wanted to increase my rate. I would give 0 stars if I could. The minute I saw her I realized she doesn't like non white people!!!. She had me waiting 30 minutes and then she asked me where I am going. I told her I am going to PA but will return the car in this location. She said I cant give you the car for the price you booked online. For PA you have to pay 12 $ more per day!!!!

TERRIBLE!! Stay away. Was charged 200$ deposit for a rental and four months later getting the run around trying to get it credited. Car was returned in perfect condition.

Good car selection. Not a corporate location, so they are not flexible in changing return locations.

Looks like this location has seriously turned it around! new management sure does work wonders. Employees were very respectful and informative! I even received a free upgrade for my wait (3 minutes if that!). i would highly recommend this location to other renters.
