As the owner of 16 Pointe Properties, Element has wired all our custom homes and has done an excellent job on all. They are one of the few subs that we rely on consistently and they will wire all our homes going forward as well. All of our clients have been very pleased with them and the follow up when they first move in if there are any minor issues.
Element electric pulled a permit and took our job along with $1000 of cash that they never invoiced us for. It took a month of trying to track them down just to get them back to the site for the rough in inspection. Afterwords they fell off the face of the earth again, and we still haven't heard back from them. We had to hire a second electrician to pull a second permit to finish the job at the cost of an additional $2500. The second electrician had to spend two days fixing their shoddy work just to get to the point that he could finish the job. If you want to throw away $1000 to get a job halfway done, and done halfway right, hire element electric. Otherwise hire anyone else. Literally anyone else at all.
Just asked to have someone look at a problem I am having and wanted to schedule an appointment. My townhouse is most likely just a few miles from this business. Was told they were busy and to get someone else. Really??

Terrible service. Contractor literally didn't complete the job. We had to hunt these guys down for weeks before they even completed step one of at least three steps. They pulled a permit and then disappeared. We had to hire a whole new electrician to pull ANOTHER permit to finish their half done job. TERRIBLE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ELECTRICIAN!!!!!
