Beautiful venue!! but, attended our first event, Willie Nelson. GA Seated. No food available in general area where beer and wine was sold. ABC Permit laws prevented access from one point to another specifically could not access T-shirt and hot dog sales if you bought a beer at general location. Could not see a thing from GA row Q. People standing all around those that were seated. At one point we had people arguing on either side of us because they paid $100 and could not even see when standing. Felt like a fight was going to occur. Over booked in my opinion. Just ask your staff, they had to deal with the mayhem.
Will not be back.
We also got into a scuffle due to no seating or bathroom access for handicapped people. Wheelchairs trying to get through the seat rows that were tied together?? And 1 muscle bound bouncer drinking rum and coke all night. I only know because I saw the bartender make it and bring to him!! Would have loved him to bounce me out.
Wow is all I have to say and that's not a good wow!!! Beautiful facility but terrible coordination. We were told 4 different times where to line up outside the gate and the security guys didn't know they had signs posted. They were too busy flexing their muscles and folding up their tshirt sleeves. Amazing we were also told numerous times they only work the event and don't know what they are doing. Told to stand there!! Then when we finally got in we were given the wrong wristbands then the bar tender gave us a drink as we walked closer we were told we could walk past the line due to a different liquor license. We got the drink 20' away and had to stand at the gate before we could get in.
What a joke! We pay DOUBLE for "VIP" seats and as soon as Dwight Yoakam comes on they let everyone from the cheaper seats come stand in front of us??!! DO NOT pay extra for VIP...buy cheap seats to a show and run up front when the headliner comes on!!!! There are definitely improvements to policies that could make this a great outdoor venue.
This had to be the most unorganized event I've been to. It's a shame because it could be nice. Maybe to start have a plan before the gates open and let everyone know the plan and not make it up as you go!! Hire people who care and not tell people they are there because they know how to handle people and not get lawsuits? Why they told us this is still a mystery.
This venue has potential but needs work to be great. The location is and facility itself is beautiful. You can probably only see the stage if you have seats in the reserved section row H or forward to the stage because of the soundboard tent. The row lettering is confusing as the alphabet just repeats in each section (vip or reserved) so there are two row H's for example. There should be somebody to help you find your seat or better designation. The venue also needs to do a better job at communicating. The only time I found for the start of the concert was a door time, not a show time. I asked multiple times in different locations what time the show started and never got an answer. I even asked an employee when we got to the venue and he didn't know.
Nice location! Needs better promotion of music acts! Would like to see one major act per week? It can be done! I assisted in promoting many major concerts in venues in South Florida! Hope more concerts are announced soon! Country Rock Metal done it all!
Sad management after a lot of money invested!!!
