After 5 trips carpet is installed and punched out hopefully for the last time. First trip carpet defective never checked, so a week with furniture all over house, second trip installed, third trip bad seams, fourth trip more seams , 5 th trip was after vacuuming a seam carpet came up! Called sales rep 4 times never a returned call over latest issue, owner finally got resolved after I mentioned getting a lawyer involved. Go elsewhere , carpet selection is fine but beware of who installs it as that is what matters.
