New to the city! Elected to go here for a color, cut and style...was not disappointed at all with Lauren Schultz. She was very professional, personable, and polite. She really enjoyed her part in surprising my husband with my 'New Do'. Thank you so much, Lauren!!
I've been here 4 times, the girls at the desk were always rude and not genuine at all. The only reason I kept returning is because the stylist did a great job on my hair. Except this last time, the girl messed up a simple cut. So it's safe to say, there's better salons in Wilmington than this one, I assure you.
If only there was an option for more stars.Tanglez has an amazing staff. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. Tiffany and Savannah are my two hairstylists that I have appointments with . Both offer great recommendations for your hair type and always perform beyond expectations. It's nice to be in an always positive atmosphere.
Melissa and Brandy did an awesome job!!! Me and my fiance Matt are getting married tomorrow and we look amazing! This has been the best experience we have ever had so many smiles and alot of laughs, and this is by far the BEST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD! I was on the verge of tears because I am so happy with this new hairstyle of mine. My wedding photos now will be PERFECT! THANK YOU MELISSA AND BRANDY! Next time I visit I will absolutely be back to see you!
I was a Great Clips customer for many years and didn't see any practical reason to go to an upscale salon like Tanglez. It turns out that there is a huge difference in the knowledge, skills, and talent of the stylists. My recommendation: ask for Leisha. I will never go back to a walk-in discount salon again. I just recently moved to Delaware and really miss Tanglez.
