Ron Trotta,owner of nature's way dry cleaning,refused to compensate customer for damaged comforter! customer had to file complaint with attorney general's office,consumer protection agency,paid $15.00 filing fee,also paid the cleaners $22.60,1 pr.of slacks,comforter!customers BEWARE!

Ruined 3 pairs of suit pants in one go. to had some sort of ink or oil blots in the exact same spots on both pairs of pants, but they swore up and down it wasn't their machines. the third had the metal clasp ripped off, tearing the fabric. They did a terrible job repairing it and said "don't worry because your belt will hide it". They refused to compensate me for any of it and only offered to credit back my next cleaning.
Took a sweater to these people to get stains out. I got the sweater back with the stains still on it. Then I spot cleaned the stains with warm water and mild soap and the stains came right out? What did they do I wonder?
No respect for loyal customers. Tried to get service right at 6:00pm and they was not willing to help me out.
