My review is based solely on the service from Kim who answers the local customer service line. Each time I call, she asks, "How may I help you?" and I begin to explain my issue. Every single time I have called she has cut me off abruptly and begins speaking over me. It's as if she does not have time to listen to her customers' concerns. I personally do not appreciate feeling as if my needs are not important. Several of my co-workers have mentioned this behavior to me as well. Unifirst as a whole has been a very nice company to work with. It's a shame that they have someone working a customer service line who has little to no interest in utilizing customer service skills.
