State farm mailed my check last week and still don't have it I wouldn't refer them to anybody very slow and unprofessional
I have used this law firm personally and have referred this law firm to many friends and family. What sets this firm apart from the many other options, in my opinion is that you are treated just a professionally if it is a minor property damage claim as you would be if it was a large bodily injury claim. Unlike some law firms, when they are unable to settle quickly, just mail you your file, Rodzik Law group will fight for you. I have witnessed this firm handle claims as a courteous, offer legal advice, and fight when other firms wouldn't. I know from personal experience, that when you try to handle a claim yourself, it can lead to more legal issues, as the NC laws can be complicated. When I used this firm, I had a better recovery on my vehicle than what was initially offered and was able to focus on healing rather than fighting with the insurance company. You are assigned a case manager in addition to the attorney and all calls were returned in a timely fashion. They offer two locations, one in Wilmington and a satellite office in Brunswick.
Would not consider an extremely important issue after speaking with them online. Did not return phone call, contacted them again and without any explanation Todd Rodzik said they could not help me. I need a professional, not some cheesy ambulance chaser.
Though I am still working with them on my case I will say they are very professional. At this time I can say that I would recommend them. They know what they are doing.
