Excellent! Called them and they were able to come the same day. They re keyed all the locks in my house and disposed of all the old locks for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had some screws that were stripped on install and they were able to fix them so they were able to now be usable with a flathead. Would absolutely use again.
I have had several experiences with changing locks before which consisted of buying them at Home Depot or Lowes and having them changed. I believed that this was the most cost effective way until I called an actual locksmith. Instead of the process taking a day to buy the locks and scheduling a handy person, the locksmith disclosed to me that he could have someone out at my home within the hour, which I thought was pretty good given that I had no emergency (wasn't locked out). Thomas arrived and showed me what a true professional is like. His enthusiasm and expertise shines in comparison to that of my handy person I had paid much more money previously. I am very impressed with Thomas and his company and continue to be impressed with each and every interaction. I would like to add that my dogs were also impressed with the locksmith which truly says he is a good professional as my dogs have a sixth sense. I am very happy and impressed, and would happily recommend this company to anyone. I would like to add also that when I called, the phone was immediately answered as opposed to the competition which failed to call me back, or at least by the time they do, it will be too late! Very impressed with Thomas and his leadership. Not only did I avoid making a single trip; I didn't have to life a finger!
I was alerted as to the arrival time and the technician was friendly and completed the work very efficiently. He explained the lock and how to,change the codes. He was good at displaying the features of the keyless lock and normal operations. I am very pleased with the service I received.
