Great theatre. Clean and well lit in public area. Seats are very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional.
First time to this theater. Everything is quite new so the place was very clean. Even on a big premier night, the staff moved lines at all locations efficiently. Prices were in line with what is to be expected. I will definitely return.
I love this movie theatre. They have great prices on Tuesday, the seats are comfortable and it is always clean. Their snack bar prices are better than the other movie theatre's in town.
Been here multiple times. The theater itself is very nice, but the employees are hit or miss. The manager was very unpleasant this evening, and I will not be back for a while. Unfortunately, he felt like he could talk to me however he wanted so long as he finished the conversation with complimentary movie tickets. He was exceptionally rude and regrettably, I resorted to using a curse word with him through my frustrations. He obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed, because he was shown clear as day the movie theater’s Main website linked to their google listing DID NOT have all of the showings listed and his solution involved showing me the app on his phone and proceeded to tell me..was because my phone was not updated, not because the website was not updated. He then shows me how his app shows the correct times as we both stood there holding our phones. While looking at him in disbelieve...feeling like my conversations with my child exhibit more maturity, he then says “well I see the correct times..I have no control over the website and how you got to THAT website..” REALLY? It your company’s website and it is attached to your local google listing. Meanwhile the ONLY reason I keep going to the website is because every time I call the location an employee always feels the need to tell me to view the website for showings, after expressing my experiences with the lack of updating and incomplete showtimes/movies they proceed to assure me the issues were fixed. Guess not!! Ugh!! Going to the movies shouldn’t be this hard. Guess I’ll drive 20 minutes to Mayfair...at least there we can recline in our seats and receive the expected movie theater experience.
The movie I saw here was in a theatre that had a special sound system built into it. I was pleased with the quality and really enjoyed everything. The seats where comfortable and clean. I will revisit.
