These guys are amazing! They are hard-working, professional, careful, and a pleasure to work with. We use them all the time for our deliveries! Our customers always comment what a great job they do as well.... they truly are top notch!
Left me in the lurch on my moving day. I DO NOT recommend this company. And they do not even deserve one star. I received a phone call 15 minutes after they were due telling me that their truck broke down and that "maybe they could move our things." They offered no solutions and another person called me 10 minutes later and said "sorry there is nothing we can do." When I asked if they had a contingency plan, I was told no. I will NEVER use this company and I am sharing this story with all of my friends. I called another local company, explained the situation and they said, "We will do what we can and squeeze you in today, we are so sorry to hear that. Give us 10 minutes to call you back, we will make this work. Hey, did they offer to send their guys with a U-haul?. We would've." Coast to Coast, you may want to take a note at that degree of Customer Service. Because, I am not someone who writes these reviews. But, I was treated so badly on a highly stressful day with an "Oh well" attitude and I do not want anyone else to experience this. Wow! Such a crappy thing to do!
