Port City Fresh Paint did a fabulous job for me. Joe was very quick to respond with a quote. His prices are very reasonable and his work is exceptional. There was quite a bit of prep work to do including window frames that were damaged. Everything looks brand new. I will refer him to others.
Joe did a great job painting some outbuildings around my yard. He kept me up to date on progress throughout the entire process. These buildings look great now.

I asked Joe to remove texture that was on my kitchen and dining room ceilings, the work was done and I paid him. But because I work a lot, I didn't notice some rough places until a few months later. Because I am so busy and I procrastinate, I was just gonna live with the imperfections, ... until he asked me to write a review. I said I would, but couldn't give an honest one until he fixed the places. He seems to be a honest guy, so I thought he would be happy to make the places right. After I sent him a picture of the kitchen, he said it was not his fault because of a previous contractor doing it wrong, but when I sent him a picture of the dining room ceiling ( which was never worked on by a previous contractor) there was no response, he stopped responding to my texts and wouldn't answer my calls, therefore taking no responsibility for the other ceiling that's only been worked on him. Houses are a big investment, hopefully he'll do the right thing for the next customer.
