As for the pricing and pleasant staff couldn't be better. However, multiple fish had foggy eyes due to poor water quality but worse than that is the amount of fish that had crypto(small white specs on eyes/face/tail) if you would take the sick fish and keep him to himself then all the others wouldn't be getting the parasite. Not cool to sell someone a sick fish, just because you don't want to remove them from the display. Came in with $$$ expecting to buy a tang and foxface, only to be let down that the poor babies weren't healthy.
This place is awesome. I can't believe these negative reviews are even on here. My fiance and I have three saltwater water tanks and we go to Coastal Reef almost twice a week to get our supplies and fish. The guys that work here are awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I first started out they were the a 100% to make sure my tanks didn't crash, if that meant going there or calling a couple times with questions. Dillon and Skeet are great and I recommend Coastal Reef to anyone who is interested in starting a tank. Don't listen to the reviews because I send and know multiple customers of coastal reef. Again I will be a life time customer and can't WAIT to be a customer at the new location. You Guys Rock! Thanks again for all your support with my tanks. See you soon!
Dying suffering fish. Ich. Aptasia and red slime algae everywhere. Don't waste your money unless you want to introduce something nasty to your tank.
This is a terrible place nobody goes there how do you have a business whothout customers and I go to the dance studio next to it and they have tones of accidents of water damage in our studio one time we had a 2 week where we had to go to a new studio cause our studio was flooded what I wanna know is how are they still in business and nobody even goes in there one thing I think Is they have a drug business in there they are always outside and looking weird and talking with customers!!!! Think about it?
Arrived at 12 on wednesday. Cleary marked opened at 12 monday thru friday. All lights in store were off and was closed. Waited 15 minutes still closed no one inside store. Very disapointed was looking to buy fish and decorations. Was 30 minute commute into town to arrive at an empty closed store. Called the store and no one answered.
