Lot rent and water/sewer services payments raise every year. I started at $315.00 a month and now i am paying $433.00 a month on just the MH lot. i just get a lettter yesterday ( 11-28-2017) with another $20.00 increase on the lot rent.
Other than that is a great place to live.
Older trailer park but in good condition. Safe neighborhood.
1 AM and my neighbor's stereo is hitting 75 dB inside my house! Afternoons it is 85 dB and no one does ANYthing about it for a year now . Great place to live if you are hearing impaired otherwise stay away.
Been here 24 years and I can't get out soon enough to be away from this noise.
I have lived here for 11 years. Just about everyone has a dog over 20lbs. It's Just myself and my daughter living in my home witch I own. And just got a letter on my door threathing to evict me if my protector is not gone by the 30 the of this month . Knowing the park managers have a huge 100 plus pound dog who attactted my 9 year old daughter last month . To many rules and all I do is rent over priced lot.
We went look at this place to see if anything was for rent. No thanks better then the one down the street that's for sure.
If you get a 6 second visit and park in your OWN parking spot, that person will be tow away at $130.00 fee.
