I had purchased a pair of Ray-Ban's two weeks prior to this visit and I had crushed one of the lenses. I went to the Towne center location to see what my options were. I met two employees, one being a manager. I explained to him my situation and without haste he handed me a brand new pair of Ray-Bans.
Walked in the door and spent 10 minutes listening to "we don't ..." and "we can't ..." and "go online to order...". Don't shop here.
