I made the appointment the day before she was juggling 3 other clients at the time which was fine I didn't have anything better to do. The sew in was installed very swiftly and it didn't last a month. I paid $120 not including the hair. The thread was visibly and it was a hacked job. On the plus side the atmosphere was wonderful nice people
