Mike and John and the rest of the staff are extremely courteous and professional, and (most important to me) VERY honest and trustworthy. Most shops will of course be happy to take your money, but these guys are clearly about doing what's right. Once I brought my car to them with what I thought was an issue with the steering, and rather than using it as an excuse to charge me money, they checked it out fully and helped me understand my car didn't need any work, actually. (They were right.) And one of the first times I brought my truck to them, they referred me to the guy that they knew would get the job done best --- a different shop. (They could have done the work, but they said the real expert in this was another guy in town. My truck had a very unusual and specialized issue, and it was clearly more important to them that my truck get fixed right, rather than them get money from me.)
As a result, I really trust them, and refer friends to them.
I was referred to this shop by a friend when my son had some car troubles. Advanced Automotive maintains good communication with you and is upfront about the repair process. Their prices are fair and the quality of workmanship is excellent.
