This car wash has a cheap monthly price to run your car through the wash, but charges about $7 extra for basic interior cleaning. I complained about it, and the manager told me "Good luck finding something better. " I think the customer service is awful and you usually have to wait in a long line. I will never go there again.

Really disappointed with the service. $40.00 plus for the Service and I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I paid. When I went out to the car, it seemed as if the attendant was expecting a tip as he just hovered as I went to the car.
As I pulled out of the car wash the plastic trim around my rear view mirror fell off. I can only assume they knocked it loose when cleaning the windshield.
My Jeep was totally covered in stuck on bugs that had accumulated from over 3 weeks of traveling. The inside was just as bad, from weeks of being on the road. I am really impressed, it feels like I am driving a brand new vehicle. Well worth the money!!! Thanks Buff Masters!!! GREAT JOB!
I was driving behind one of their trucks when the driver decuded to change lanes and slam on his brakes to get into the parking lot. This wouldnt have been a problem except for the fact it only had one brake light functioning poorly and the driver doesnt know how to use a blinker.
I really wanted to love Buff Masters because they hand wash cars (and my convertible top can't handle automated car washes), but to no avail, I have never been completely satisfied with any wash my car has gotten. There is always leftover residue on my car that hasn't been cleaned properly. They hand wash the car for about 30 seconds (and they rinse their sponges for about 5 seconds between cars) and then run your car through a low pressure water rinse. Honestly, they need to spend more time on washing and rinsing the cars for the money per wash.
Take a look at the pictures, judge for yourself. Wet floor mats, armor all fingerprints on the woodgrain, the sap or bird droppings on the window and last but not least my rear view mirror housing.
There was some dried bird droppings on my drivers right rear window. I scratched it off with my fingernail and the attendant made a dismissive remark like that must be tree sap. He made no effort to clean it off.
I paid for the unlimited car wash for a few months, which is a great deal when you use it consistently. However, the sub-par wash just isn't worthwhile. If I had somewhere to wash my car on my own, I wouldn't take it to Buff Masters at all.
