Wonderful car wash!! They do a super job and really care about you being happy, before you leave. They offer specials and have a reward card for a free wash, after so many washes you get. Double stamps on Tuesdays! Also, free car wash for Veterans on Veterans Day, which I'm so grateful for. Also they will rewash you car, if it rains within 24 hours. They are so wonderful to customers!
I usually don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I spent too much money here expecting my car to look showroom ready. When I mean a lot it was better than in the hundreds. I got the inside detailed and outside washed and waxed as well as my headlights "restored." I kept finding dirt in my doors and they never touched the console or it didn't look like it. My windows are full of streaks. My mats in my car looked like they are just blown off with no armor all wiped on them at all like I usually do. It took five hours which the site says it could take 4-5 so when I hear that I'm thinking it really should look spotless. Well this was my first and last time doing this next time I'll just make the time and do it myself. The only thing I have positive to say about it is the staff was nice.
After spending almost $40 and waiting almost an hour my car was not properly cleaned. If I would’ve noticed before they closed for the day I’d be returning to get a proper wash. There was a drink that spilled on my driver door. After they cleaned and dried with rags, the residue was more noticeable due to it collecting the lint. Looks terrible. It can be removed with my fingernail, so I do not understand why paying $40 could not remove this. One of the least thorough car washes I’ve been to in the area. First and last time coming here.
And we went on a muddy dirt road this past week.
First time here, last time here. No dressing on the leather, half ass vacuum job. Guy opens back to show me and sand is everywhere. He says they shoulda done a better job and then says let me get that for you. Proceeds to wipe it off. Really? You're just spreading it man. Over priced. Trash still under mats. Horrible. Wasted $35.
Went for the high end cleaning, platinum "something" as I can't recall the specific name. Car came out looking great and all the staff (4) I engaged with were very nice.
Just moved into Wilmington and already building up sand in the car. The joys of having gone to the beach a few times in our 2 weeks here, a very positive thing.
