From now I’ll I’ll head south to MB to do my Kohl’s shopping.
Finally at the check stand, the checker seemed disinterested in me or my shopping experience (he had the personality of a tree). He was using a register that wasn’t fully functioning (the customer display screen was off) thus preventing the selection of gift receipts. There were three other unused checkouts, all with their customer displays on.
Don't use the charge card... I liked shopping at Kohl's but you have to use the charge card in order to get the discount. I purchased an 18.00 item mailed the payment in on time and incurred a late payment fee of 38.00. called the charge company about the problem and they said it was late, pulled the check up online to find out it had been ripped up and put back together but none of that mattered to the card company. Called the manager and got nowhere. Payed the late fee to protect my good credit but it won't happen again. Shame on them the first time but shame on me it I ever let that happen again.
Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for in here. But the staff is always friendly and helpful. Good prices and tons of selection.
I've always loved Kohls but what I loved most was walking into it at the Wilmington location, for the first time, and finding that the layout was exactly to same as the Kohls in PA I frequented while living there. I knew exactly where to go to find exactly what I needed and then having time to spare, I picked up a couple things for myself!
I’ve been a Kohl’s shopper on the west coast for a few years and I love the selection and frequent savings incentives. I had done my Black Friday shopping at the Kohl’s in Myrtle Beach and was very satisfied.
I asked a store associate regarding the price of an item, she didn’t even look at me and proceeded to tell me she was just a temporary worker.
However, I decided to spend my Kohl’s cash (earned the previous week) at the Wilmington store. I didn’t have a good customer experience. Maybe it can be chalked up to temporary holiday employees.
Cute stuff if you're cool with digging overcrowded displays and stuffed racks. Employees are nice, quality is good, it's just too stuffed.
Speaking of prices, I applaud Kohl’s use of the LCD price displays, but this is the first Kohl’s I’ve been to where many of the displays were blank (leading to the situation above).
