Dominick at the wireless sales department is AWESOME! He really went WAY above & beyond to help my wife & I get our new phones & service plans. Folks, these guys are NOT on commission, & you would NOT believe what a difference that makes on your bill! I have never gotten wireless phones from Sams before, but I can assure you...it will be the ONLY place I get them from now on! We saved more than 60% on owning, not leasing phones, & the service plans were 1/2 off the retail stores. ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with their service! Ask for Dominick, he is knowledgeable, has a huge heart, & has NO motivation to persuade you to buy anything other than what you want, bc hes NOT on commission! 5 stars!!!! Great job!!! THANK YOU!!!
Awesome place!!! Except for the guys when you first walk in wanting you to listen to whatever they are selling. I told a black guy no thank you I'm not interested and he gave me a dirty look. It's always the same pitch. I don't need your cable service. Otherwise the place is great!
Went in for a quick shop for Halloween candy. Everything right in the front of the store. In and out in 15 minutes! Used the Sams app, really cool.
Ordered advertised leather couch. When it arrive several weeks later it had a large tear the threading on several seams was coming undone and it was not leather it was 80% polyester and 20% leather fibers. Called to have it returned. No problem they said our carrier will pick that up in the next day or so. No email or phone call. After a week I call. Please wait for the carriers call. Still no call after two weeks. I loaded it up took to the nearest Sam's Was there almost two hours trying to return the couch. Signed up for Costco I never had a problem with returns from them.
