Love our Invisible Fence! Customer service (especially Jeremy Streba) is very quick to respond and help with any request. Would highly recommend it for anyone who has a dog that likes to have some freedom. Mine is a small dog with a big dog complex and loves to be outside. Thanks to Invisible Fence she is able to enjoy being outside.
We have had invisible fence for over 2 years now and we love it. We have done a move with them as well and it was easy to transfer it to our new address. Anytime we have had an issue with the collars Jeremy (who is awesome by the way) has always taken care of it! Also we have three large dogs who use the fence. Two labs and a Siberian husky.
Prior to purchasing an invisible Fence system, I tried another pet containment system that did not work and did not offer options to improve the system.
We have been customers for many years an have always gotten nothing but the absolute best out of Jeremy and his team. We recently moved to a New home which had Some installation challenges. These guys never batted an eye an knocked the job out of the park. Anytime i have needed to ask a question or really needed anything at all from them, i was always provided with stellar service. I only wish that they offered more services so i could hire them to do even more.
