Quick to order my part, friendly service. My issue, I had to pay $15 shipping to their store for a very small lightweight part and then I had to drive back 20 miles to get the item. Being I had to pay in advance it should have been shipped to my address. Later I found the same item online for a lot less with free shipping, no tax :-/ Trust But Verify
Ron, Mary and team did an amazing job from start to finish. They helped us find the perfect fireplace in the showroom and then scoped out our house to make sure every detail was taken into account.
