Very disappointing my last few experiences with this place. The food is decent but the quality of the service is lacking. After attempting to make multiple orders online and calling in and being hung up on THREE times with no answer, I'm over it. Quickly turning into a college dive
Seems their service is getting worse, the last couple times I have gone there, my to go order was not ready after 30 minutes and it was just a burger between 11 and 12pm. Then last Saturday I suggested to my family to go there and it was a huge disappointment. Food took over 40 minutes and quality on some of the sandwiches were not great and looked like they sat in the kitchen for a bit. It's very disappointing since I love getting lunch there sometimes and work right across the street from them.
Went in with 20 people. We had four tables with five at each table. Drinks were not served for everybody at the table at the same time. By the time they finally took our food order (20 minutes) we needed our drinks refilled. Had to wave at server to get her attention. Finally came to take our order. I ordered a chili burger and wife ordered nachos. One of the people at our table got a steak and she was done before I got my burger (minus chili). Wife still doesn't have nachos. After five minutes we go looking for the manager and he gives us a lame excuse of how busy they were. Well we arrived after the dinner rush (8:00pm) so we could seat our group together. He told us not to worry about the bill as they wouldn't charge us for anything.
Awesome food! Their burgers are amazing, my server was great and kept my drink full.

Agony, pure agony. Half star rating not available. Waitress has better things to than do her job. No social skills. A zombie would have more personality. Hot food served cold. Avoid at all cost. There’s nothing here

Awesome food and awesome atmosphere. Always something fun going on weekday nights. I will definitely be a lifelong visitor. Congratulations on five years of awesome service mgmt.
