I’ve only been twice but both times the food itself was great. The water is disgusting, the ice was gross and smelt. The service was terrible!!!!
I have been coming here first from Oak Island on a regular basis. Now I live in Little River SC. Nothing compares to this steak and cheese. We were fortunate enough to go tonight. I am overcoming some difficulties and had a waiteress that was so kind, she brought me to tears. Her name is Lynn. She was one of the biggest bursts of sunshine when I needed it the most. Such a lovely, respectful, delightful woman. We need more people like her!

This is my wife's favorite in town for cheesesteak since shes been a kid and it was my first experience there. Some might say it has a sports dive bar theme going on because the building is old and needs remodeling but the food is great despite the appearance. Lynn was our server and she was very attentive. All of the staff that was in the building actually made a point to say hello and ask how everything was for us. If you have a problem with the setting as some people might I would still reccomend getting food to go. You cant beat the beat how they do cheese steak and fried mushrooms.
I went here last night and was very disappointed in my experience. I ordered take out and to start off was over chargerd and the face I had a coupon didn't make since. When I tried to ask the man who took my order why it was more than it should have been he shrugged his shoulder and I walked off, mainly because I didn't want my food to get spit in if I caused a problem. After informing my significant other he went back in to get the order fixed and after having to get the manager involved they finally fixed the price/charge only for them to forget half of the order when they gave it to us, thankfully we checked our food before we left and went back in for the rest of our food. And to top it off the burger was horrible and bland.. I would not recommend this location nor will I be returning.
