Probably the best steakhouse food I can find around here. Always have a very good experience with the food. Only negative is that we spilt a drink while we were there and no staff would offer to help clean it up. They brought us napkins and walked away. Food is great, customer service is okay.
The service was lackluster. Was not greeted by the host when entering and just stood to the side until we approached them. The waitress came promptly and got our drink orders. The soda tasted flat. But it happens. Had to request refills and more bread each time. At no point was our waitress proactive about service. The only downside to the food was the chicken was not done. But they took it off without issue.
Food was amazing! Never had mashed potatoes that delicious. I got a filet mignon cooked perfectly to my order. Attentive staff. Would gladly return even though the area is notorious for it's heavy traffic. My husband ordered his favorite. A full rack of ribs and it was so big that for the first time ever, he couldn't finish it in the restaurant!
Just attended the location in Wilmington NC tonight and it was amazing. My dad got the filet and I got the T-bone. We both ordered the steaks medium and they came out perfectly cooked. The server was kind and efficient and for the quality of food the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this over Outback and Texas Roadhouse without hesitation.
I’ve been here many times and never had a problem with my food. It’s always been delicious. There are a couple times where the service was a little slow but one of those times, the waitress did have a party of eight and another table plus us, so I don’t really blame her. It’s not so bad you can just hang out with your company and enjoy spending time together. Most of the times I’ve been there the speed of service was totally fine. Longhorn has really good salad dressings and some of the best baked/French onion soup anywhere. I love the Parmesan crust on my steak.
