Tennis courts, basketball area, and baseball areas are available. There is a small fenced in dog park and baggie stations if you are on the walking path. There are also workout bars for pull ups, push ups along the walking path. Nice little pond with ducks and benches to relax and think. Great park.
The playground is new and includes a swing for kids in wheelchairs. A new Splash Pad was built last summer to let kids cool off and have fun.
Beautiful park. Great splash pad. 1000s of pine trees and many dogwoods. Dog park, tennis courts, 4 baseball little league fields, jogging walking trails, kids playground with swings, cool pond usually has ducks, geese and turtles and koi fish.
Great place between 6am and 9pm. After that the weirdos come out to play. Let not forget they do have a splash pad too. A good alternative to paying expensive water park tickets. And great for just cooling off on those hot summer days. If you like a little peace from the yelling of kids, there's the lake at the south end of the park. With ducks, geese, and small turtles. A nice gazebo stands next to the lake surrounded by azaleas. There's a inner and outer walking trail. And baseball fields complete with concessions stand.
Lots of fun things to do! Beautiful and clean. Well lit at night. Nice paved walking/running/biking path. Pet friendly and has dog park.
Hugh Macrae Park is great! There is a wide paved walking/ running/ dog walking path around the whole park.
We love bringing out dog here to play. Its a nice big fenced in area that is kept clean. Only problem is some of the dogs are a bit aggressive but that is not tye parks problem.
