I had the pleasure of having Steve O'Donnell of Lett's Taxi as my driver from Sep. 2-4 and then again Sep. 9-11. He is a remarkable kind person and was extremely accommodating and puntual not to mention a good and cautious driver. After my first experience with him as a passenger, I knew he would be my driver for my second trip. I highly recommend Steve O'Donnell for anyone who wants someone special. Steve deserves more than a 5 rating and I will request him on future trips to Wilmington NC.
Leave taxi driving to uber. Better people better cars and don't have to worry about your debit/credit cards being charged when your not in the vehicle.
Another local taxi company was a complete no show. Letts was able to get me a taxi the airport within 10 minutes of calling. Ken is the man and got me there as quick as possible
Drivers are polite and friendly...they always notify you when they are on their way and when they have arrived. I also believe that the fares are extremely reasonable. They also have call ahead so you can schedule your trip in advance which helps out alot. Some of the cabs could be better maintained but no one bats a thousand.
Everytime we call it rings 15 plus rings. Nothing is what it used to be since they sold to taxi taxi.
