If you need athletic shoes, you need to go to the New Balance store! Their staff is highly trained to help you select the best shoes for your foot and your needs. Everytime I go they measure my foot and ask me what type of walking or running I do. Then the sales guy knows what model numbers to get and they explain the different features of the shoes as I try em on. Much better than those hapless sales people at the mall!
The associates that work in the store seem knowledgeable about the product.
Place is difficult to find if your not a local. Seems like they don't do a whole lot of business there because I was the only one there for my visit. Staff is sort of helpful but this can be improved with product knowledge.
