Indifferent customer service, somewhat rude. Everything is security tagged.
Lovely shoes, terrible customer service. We brought in a coupon emailed to us from the Rack Room Rewards program days earlier. The woman at the register refused to honor the coupon because it was on a phone and she found phone usage confusing and the screen too small to read. Even when the assistant manager came, she was apathetic. We were ultimately handed a piece of paper with a 1-800 number and told that we could call them and try again next time. We still ended up purchasing our shoes, but we were really annoyed that they wouldn't accept coupons from their own rewards program.
We were greeted by multiple store associates and asked if we needed help. Everyone was pleasant, even 20 minutes prior to closing.
Evil mean people. They treat you like a criminal and watch your every move. I tried a sock on and decided I didn't want it and they chased me out of the store and made me pay for them. They also threatened to call the cops cause I didn't want to buy the socks. I returned them at the sister store down the road. Forget this place
Employees were very helpful. Had a problem finding the correct shoes. There were wrong sizes and wrong shoes in the boxes. That made for a longer visit them I was planning.
