Wonderful facility and great staff. Reminders sent for payments due and easy access. We love that they remember us whenever we call or go in the office. Always keep us informed when any storms are heading this way.
My experience here has been stellar and respectful. The staff there will go out of their way to assist any needs you may have and keep you posted on units as the come available. I always felt safe there, even near closing hours at night. They have staff there that live on site, that monitor all activities. Would recommend this place for storage needs.
For over 4 years, my belonging have been kept safe, clean, and secure at Martins Self Storage. I worried about choosing climate vs. non climate control, and found not having climate control kept my things dry and mold free (good seals on the lockers). Also, during great hardships, living through two hurricanes in Puerto Rico, the staff at Martins sent warm and supportive sentiments that meant a lot to me and my family. We are always well informed of everything that may concern us.
