This trailer did have accident damage not disclosed to me prior to purchase bit I discovered 5 months after purchase.
Great People to do business with! Best big purchase buying experience I've had. Even though I had experience with campers they still made sure I knew everything about the new camper I was buying. I've never written a review but this experience required one.
I purchased Extra Ride rv coverage but Wilmington refused to submit claim for repairs. Prior issues are not covered. That is how Extra Ride gets out of paying for claims on used trailers.
Wilmington RV does not have a professional service department and cannot do onsite service or repairs.
I cancelled the $3,600.00 service contract since all claims were for items that were from previous owners. Still they helped themselves to nice $317.00 service'fee' for cancellation.

Obtain financing separate from dealership by going direct through a bank of your choosing. Avoid dealership financing Priority One middle man. Do not take rv extended servuce or insurance through Wilmington or Priority One. They helped themselves to a generous fee from my purchasr that was not appreciated by me. The consignment travel trailer I bought was setup for me the day I arrived.

Wilmington RV service person forgot to strap down recliners and sleeper sofa during delivery by transport company across state line several hundred miles. Recliners and counch slide into walls and tore off curtains and shades in living room and dining. Wilmington said oops sorry refusing to offer or compensate for damages.
Matt was very helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure our new purchase was everything we hoped it would be.
They offered to store my purchase until I can arrange for pickup.
Friendly and informed Staff. Good prices without hassle.
Try another dealer. But stay away from Camping World.
This was by far the best experience with a major purpose! Matt and the entire team, although I only met two, were a true pleasure to work with. We committed to purchasing a 2018 Forest River Vibe Extreme Lite 287qbs sight unseen through their website. I was very hesitant to make this purchase in this fashion, but when we arrived it was far better than we imagined. Matt gave us an amazing deal that nobody else, within 300 miles, could even come close. I arrived with check in hand and within an hour we were headed home. They showcased the RV as if it was Rolls Royce and to me it is just that. Matt has an amazing sense of humor which made it fun to mess with him. Just three true hard working Americans earning an honest living and not trying to get rich off of one sale. Take my advice and stop in to see this team before you make your next RV purchase.
