I rarely go to the bank in person, but when I do, I have used this location. The wait has been acceptable. I have been pleased with the personal touch that the bankers use. Very friendly.
I had to wait over 30 mins for a banker's help while she sat and talked to other customers about her hair and dogs. There were FOUR other people sitting in bankers' chairs, yet none of them could help me. There was a line to the door for the tellers, and 4 people sitting waiting for bankers. Either staff this place correctly or limit your services.
how about making your hours correct here? we all know you aren't open on Saturday at all. let alone "24 hours"
