I asked a friend who rides with a bike club for a good shop, and she instantly said "Two Wheeler, it's the best." Many months later my four year old grandson and I stopped to look around. We were met by Scott who was helpful, attentive, and interested in finding the right match for both of us. Jackson rode three bikes and we found just the right one for his Christmas present (if he can wait that long). I'm bringing my wife back to check out a beautiful Liv Flourish 4.
The bike shop mechanics here are top notch. Mechanic Dillon gave me impeccable service, took the time to show me what was wrong with my bike and showed me how he fixed the problem. Great experience, I highly recommend this shop.
The nicest staff ever. They are extremely knowledgeable of not just the bikes, but every item in the store in seems. They never pressure you into a sale and will actually hold items just so you can think the purchase over. Two wheeler dealer is the best!
Friendly staff, been in the store twice.. but probably wouldn't go back. The staff point you towards things that are not what you're looking for (especially when you don't know what you're looking for, if that makes sense). They have a huge inventory, but you should expect premium prices. And I get it, they are sales people. But City bicycle (almost next door) were way more helpful and knowledgeable, and figured out in just minutes exactly what we needed (pointed us in a totally different direction than we originally intended to go, but they were SPOT ON and we couldn't be happier, no regrets).
This shop (two wheeler dealer) has a kind of preppy, "you're not cool unless you have this or that" feel about it. The employee that we were first talking to this last time, young guy, forgot his name unfortunately, was very pleasant and not pushy at all. Wish I could tell you his name so if you decide to go here you could look for him. The other employees are still nice though.
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff!!! UPDATE -- I revisited the store again and received the same excellent service that I did before! I was greeted by Paige who put me in touch with an amazing technician named Jonathan. He knew exactly what was wrong with my sons bike, and was able to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or repairs on one they currently own! They definitely do not disappoint!
