What a rip off, this place tried to scam me. They removed #13 fuse and tried to tell me that the most expensive part the main computer ($500) needed replaced. Two weeks later, with a wiring diagram, I discover that fuse #13 was removed. I check them before I took the car in, I even told them that. Apparently there is no communication between the desk and service guys. They messed with the wrong back yard mechanic. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I paid $108 for a wrong diagnosis. Buyers beware!
I got hit with the Kansas City Shuffle. Another BSI Service Center ( Michael and Brandon ) referral to Chris A. so they can vouch for each other and tag team the customer. Chris produced a "so called" diagnostic report with biased, false and inaccurate information. Possessed my car for two days for this "so called" in depth" testing to produce about three sentences of findings on my car. BSI advised me they were paying for the BCM to be tested on my car at Auto Tech because BSI did not have the proper testing equipment onsite. My car was damaged on BSI's property and they promised to fix it. But once they got me over to Auto Tech, BSI states they aren't going to pay for the test on the BCM anymore and then Chris informs me that I will now have to pay for the BCM to be tested! At the time of this review, they are not an accredited BBB business but they are displaying an accredited BBB logo on their website as if they are accredited.
Their service is bar none! I recommend them to everyone I meet. They are fair, honest and will bend over backwards for their customers!!
FRAUD: Don't use this garage. They tried to rip off my Husband. Auto tech diagnosed a $500 main computer replacement. However, (Auto tech) took out fuse #13 which connects to the vehicle main relay. This prevented the car from starting. What a scam .50 cent fuse and the car runs perfect. SO MUCH for Auto tech being a pro! Customers BEWARE!
