Was on vacation visiting from Tn when my vehicle started leaking antifreeze. Took it to Tim explained my situation of being on vacation having to getting back to Tn soon. Despite the load of other vehicles he had in ahead of mine he worked my vehicle in and found bad water pump and other related problems that could affect the vehicle at a later date. He explained to me that if parts was available he would get my vehicle up even if it meant him working late. The vehicle was repaired and he explained to me the nation wide warranty program his company participated in if I have issue's with replaced parts and how to get them repaired even being out of state. Was a great experience would recommend his service to everyone and thank him for his professionalism and dedication.
One of the greatest auto shops in town. I moved closer towards Carolina Beach but I will continue going to Avery’s. They are quick, easy, and affordable. Perhaps my favorite thing about them is they don’t push me to purchase more services than I need. Very honest and reliable group!
