really impressed with the professionalism here. they clearly know what they're talking about, and they even handled the insurance company for me. very glad i was recommended to go here, and ill definitely be back.
Shop did an awful job had to redo there work 3 times and still didn't get it right. I'm left with a truck that has multi shades of paint that don't match and miss aligned body parts. Don't use this shop
They're really good on fixing Vehicles when you wreck them the office staff is very helpful the owner and his wife are great people and all the employees they have are wonderful I would recommend them to anybody
Best Body Shop in town! Great staff, great service and beautiful work! I could not have asked for a better place to take my car! Good as new!! I don't hope to be back but should I have another accident I will surely be back!!
The overall service I have received from Cannons has been very poor. I had my car brought in for service and the work took longer than expected (11 day to be exact ) because I was told someone damaged my vehicle after they did work on it. Within one month after having work done on my vehicle it was already defective. I took it back and they admitted the work was faulty/defective and that it was only the third time in twelve years they had seen it happen........ So I called back and asked when it would be okay to bring the vehicle back and I was told on quote " bring it here anytime and we will get you taken care of and get you a rental vehicle" I work 27/28 days a month and only get 3 Sunday's off per month they are closed these days which is completely understandable. I have called multiple times since the defective work was done and every time I called I was told " bring it here any time and we will get it taken care of and get you a rental vehicle" today I went to bring it in and the girl that went to the back and let Mr. Cannon know I was there, came back and told me I was going to have to bring it back that Mr. Cannon on quote said " he wasn't going to pay for me to have a rental vehicle over the weekend." So I guess every time I called and was told " come by any time" really meant come at the beginning of the week so we don't have to pay for you to have a rental vehicle any longer than we have to.... I understand if I was a first time customer but the whole reason I am in this situation is because the work done by this establishment is defective/faulty I wouldn't be in this situation if I was given quality work the first time. So when an employee tells me the owner himself doesn't want to stand behind his work at the end of the week because it is going to cost him more money on a rental car is not very top notch. I understand you are in business to make money and completely respect that. But I do not respect that when I am told to come by " any time " and I come by and am told otherwise and that the owner himself doesn't want to spend extra money on his company's mistake is unprofessional. I had someone hit my vehicle yesterday and I am in need of more repair on my vehicle but I can guarantee you this that Cannons WILL NOT be getting any more money from me as a customer.
