I went in to talk to these guys about a project I wanted to have built, based on a friend's recommendation. Richard happened to have the perfect donor for sale, and he was enthused about taking on the project. In the end, he turned a standard Heritage Softail into a totally badass custom bike that turns heads everywhere I go. He also worked with me to keep the cost in check. As long as you're not in a hurry, working with these guys is worth the wait!
