Do not care about children who need immediate services; only care about money they shouldn't be a pediatric dentist and the fact that they were recommended by another pediatric dentist who would see my child for emergency services until she heard he had Medicaid and stated we aren't taking new Medicaid patients!!!! Where is the compassion and people wonder why we take her our children to the ER for illnesses that could be treated in an office setting THAT IS WHY!!
Dr Fry is amazing at what he does, I enjoy taking both of my children here. We previously went to Dr Egg and my son had a tooth fracture that went untreated. Thankfully I took him to get a second option and with a root canal his tooth made a full recovery. Also my daughter had cavities that went untreated. She knew about them but kept putting a coating on them and it only grew worse. She told me due to my daughter having Austim it would be best if we just treat them that way. If you're looking for a dentist that know how to treat children who have special needs I recommend Dr fry. Regardless of the issue him and his staff will make sure the issue is resolved. I do hope that they make it in the future it won't be a long wait if surgery is needed for other families but other then that when it comes to a cleaning or regular check up it's always been convenient for us. I always make my appointments in advance which helps a lot.
Our experience at Dr. Fry's office was GREAT, the staff as well as Dr. Fry were very friendly and professional. They made us all feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure that was performed. I can not praise this office enough for their great service and care that they showed to us.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER FORM OF INSURANCE THAN MEDICAD. The billing department at this office is extremely INCOMPETENT. My child was placed in the hospital for a crown and extraction (at least that is what i was told needed to be done) upon a $500.00 deposit (which the billing department couldn't even bill right to my account) was taken and upon going into the hospital for the procedure i was told they couldn't perform the extraction or crown. THEY PUT MY CHILD UNDER TO DO A FILLING!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH BY PLACING THEM AT THIS OFFICE. I was screamed at by this offices billing department. She lacks the fundamentals of insurance (unless it is medicaid) The employee that runs the billing department is never available for questions, and refuses to return phone calls. This office seems to rack up insurance payments by claiming that your child is too squirmish to perform the duties in office. They proceed to tell you that the procedure needs to be done in the hospital. The worker in the billing department actually had the audacity to ask me "why did you do it then? why did you put her in the hospital?" Jeez idk maybe its because i had a health PROFESSIONAL tell me that this is what was needed in order to complete the procedure. The woman that works in billing needs to be more educated on customer service and other forms of insurance. I pray this doesn't happen to any other family or child. Please be aware of who you choose to work on your child. Its a sad day when a dental office sees dollar signs instead of the child they are unnecessarily putting under. I have also placed a complaint with the BBB. I urge you to NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS OFFICE.
Dr. Fry has a great way with kids, makes them feel,at ease with humor and kindness. We first took our son to Fry when he was only about 18mths old, and he is now 12 years old, and loves him. We all,do. The staff is also great, very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Fry. Dentistry to anyone.
