The worst flower shop in NC by far. I ordered flowers at 830 am on Wednesday the 13th of December for my mom's birthday to be delivered by no later than 1pm that day to her job even layed 4.99 expedited fee to insure that but instead was let down when my mom received nothing so i called to fix things they refunded me my 4.99 and said it would be there the 14th no later than 12pm well no suprise my mom received nothing again well i called back mad as hell and was told i would be getting half my money back of 61$ a bigger bouquet then what i ordered and the balloon on Friday 2 days later than i wanted so Friday rolls around and my mom received the bouquet i originally ordered not a bigger one and they were the ones from Friday not even fresh ones and she got no balloon. Worst service ever the only thing i would recommend about this buisness is never go here waste of money and you will be upset. They should be closed down
I ordered this basket and they do not look the same. (Photo shown is what their online picture looks like). In fact, the shape of the basket is not like the picture. It was a circular basket. The flowers were really big and you had to dig underneath the flowers to even see that there was fruit there. There were 2 apples, 1 or 2 oranges, and grapes. Where were the bananas and pears? If you are selling flowers and fruit baskets, what you buy online should be at least slightly close to the photo. This was way off and unfortunately a rip off. I could’ve used my money better elsewhere.
