This was a terrible experience. After ordering a special arrangement for my mother's memorial service on Saturday and being told the designer would be back in touch to confirm the price and the plan, I did not receive a call back, and only after calling back myself Monday three hours before the service did I learn that the flowers I had asked for would not be available. Had I not called, I think we would have had nothing, but now I wish that that had been the case, since the arrangement they hastily put together was not satisfactory, well below anyone's expectations, not as colorful as we had asked, and was still just as expensive as the original "special" order I had asked for originally.
After buying flowers from another florist in carolina beach and having them be totally wrong we went into Sophia's shop. It was the day before our wedding and the wonderful selection at Sophia's allowed us to find the perfect flowers in a pinch. The wonderful staff were able to get the flowers together in no time and saved our wedding! Thank You!!
