The staff is fabulous. They keep the store clean and they always have a very local vibe. The Lowes Foods brand products are great too. Very good quality. They're organic brand is exceptional. The gas rewards are nice plus as well. The nice touches include the beer Den where you can sit beer and Shop and I do like how you can clip your own herbs. I enjoyed their food demonstrations and recipes and the butcher shop is reminiscent of when you were a kid and you went shopping with your mom. That butcher was always happy to give you a slice of something. It's that same Hometown feeling.
Lowes Foods Saved our Thanksgiving! We patronize this Lowes weekly and it is always clean and the staff friendly. We had gotten a frozen turkey the week before Thanksgiving and when it came time to prepare it the night before we discovered it was freezer burnt. We brought it back to the store and we exchanged it for the same size and brand without issue, except when we got home we discovered that too was freezer burnt. Back to the store, now after 7pm the night before Thanksgiving. They refunded our money for the turkey and sent us home with a fresh one of a different brand and Thanksgiving was saved! Thanks Lowes!
Went with my dad and my brother. We got 3 white pumpkins and 1 Orange pumpkin, we seemed to find everything fine except when my dad was buying cigarettes she didn't know which ones so she had my dad go back and find them. Other than that it was good. 4 Stars from me !
Lowes foods offers good quality food and fair prices. They support local farmers, businesses, and schools. The produce and meat are always fresh. The workers are phenomenal and always go out of their way to help you.This is my favorite place to shop.
It's been 4 years since we last visited the area on vacation, and I have to say the supermarkets improved greatly since. Lowe's must have undergone a recent renovation because it was really nice. Especially the deli. A HUGE step up from 4 years ago where Oscar Meyer was the best you could hope for in deli meat. Funniest thing is drink-while-you-shop. They actually offer alcoholic drinks to enjoy while you shop. (Not free.) Never saw that before anywhere.
