Went to my first class yesterday and it was amazing. Staff was helpful and supportive. Definitely signing up for more classes. Would recommend to anyone trying to learn more about boxing or just get in shape.

I have always wanted to learn about boxing and get more toned, I was lucky that my friend introduced me to this place because I am in love! It does not matter if you are a beginner or expert Coach Rasheed will help you learn the combos or improve your technique. The workouts are fun and for all skill levels! I enjoy the class and have noticed improvement and I have been going for a month so far now!

I joined the Ladies boot camp in June 2017. I have worked out in gyms for years but I find these workouts not only challenging to my body but the group fitness is fun. In the classes there are ladies of all ages, body types and fitness levels. The coach is a very experience trainer and connects with each person on a one to one basics. Even in the group workouts he still pays attention to each person giving them personal attention and encouragement along with pushing you to do your best. So if you are looking for a change come and workout with us.

I have never boxed and am definitely NOT a fan of boot camps, but I knew I needed a workout that would push me. I came out to CFB for the community Thanksgiving boot camp and loved it . The pace of the workout allowed me to burn the same amount of calories with increased intensity in 30 minutes that I normally burn in a 1-hour workout. I went back the next day. A week later, I signed up for a membership. Coach Rasheed's professional and encouragement during my workouts keep me coming back. The women are amazing - all ages and fitness levels. The environment is supportive, the workouts are challenging, the feeling is encouraging. As a new resident to Wilmington, I am pleased to have found a fitness home I hope to be with for a long time. I highly recommend giving Cape Fear Boxing a try!

I joined the female boxing class about a week ago and I am already seeing awesome results! I like that this class is already set up for you and that it is only thirty minutes. Coach and the ladies in this class are so welcoming and motivating ! I recommend this class to anyone (all ages and body types), but just know that when you join you better get ready to sweat !
