Dr. Chase MAYBE spent a total of 5 minutes in the exam room with me, which I found rather surprising for being a new patient. He asked very few questions about my health history. Dr. Chase ordered an ultrasound appointment for me for the next day.
We are closing in on one month since the initial appointment and I still have no resolution to my pain. However I do keep receiving reminders that my bill will soon be due. At this rate it appears my bill for services (rendered almost a month ago) will be due before I even receive the results from a simple pelvic ultrasound.
It has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received the results to my ultrasound. I have called the practice twice regarding my results and have only received one call back, to which I was told the nurse would ask Dr Chase to review my files (that was over a week ago). Still nothing.
Been having problems and called to speak with the Triage Nurse. Was told by her that she didn't know what I should do instead of consulting my physician, Dr. Wilson. Also found out that they have not been noting my chart with my calls, my issues, nor did they note that they even spoke with me. In the process of filling a complaint with NHRMC and the NC Medical Board. If you want good care... equal care, I highly suggest that you find another OB/GYN! I also find it odd that the majority of replies from Glen Meade are on positive reviews. Seems they don't care much about unsatisfied patients, keeping well maintained records, and the well being of ALL their patients. I've now had to make an appointment with a different doctor, and the reply from Glen Meade was, "Hopefully the doctor you are going to today will find the problem." Needless to say, if everything is not okay, lawyers will get involved!
Had a terrible experience at this location. We have been at the autumn hall location every other time and LOVED it, due to an error with the lady scheduling our appointment(she was new) we ended up at the Glen Meade location. Literally everyone we met was rude/made it clear they were not typically at that location and had no desire to be there. Everyone from the ultrasound tech to the doctor to one of the ladies that checked us out. The offices were were extremely hot (over 75 degrees). Would not recommend at all, if you have any option other than this location make sure you take it. Waste of not only our time, but also insurance money. Have highly disappointed after how great our experience had been with the other location.
I should have taken the fact that I was able to get a next day appointment as a red flag about the quality of the practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Chase for an annual exam and to address pain I was experiencing.
My advice: go somewhere else where the practitioners have the time and actually seem to care about their patients and are responsive to their needs and requests.
The nurses and radiography tech's were all wonderful and would get a 5 star rating from me. I found them to be very kind and thorough.
Dr. Rhodes is awesome - he actually listens. I prefer the Autumn Hall location.
Dr. Chase, however would receive a 0 star rating if it was possible. It seemed he couldn't have cared less.
Recently had da Vinci Robotic surgery performed by Dr Robison! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! The recovery has been easy, very little side effects and very little pain. Highly recommend Dr Robison and Staff at Glen Meade OBGYN, very professional and quick to respond!
