Had to take my child in for a high fever after visiting an urgent care earlier in the day. Staff here are amazing! Everyone was caring and gentle. Doctors were thorough and explained everything. Glad to live so close to great emergency care.
Staff is amazing cross communication between charge nurses and oncoming nurses is amazing. So glad they built this hospital
I went here for emergency treatment about 18 months ago. I received excellent care, and best of all I was seen by 3 doctors within 5 minutes of my arrival. This emerg facility was pretty new and everything was spotless and clean, light years better then other emergency rooms I have been to. Conveniently located for those living in the Northeastern neighborhoods of Wilmington. If I ever need emg care again, I will definitely use this “ED North”
We had a great experience. The staff was very nice. The doctor did a great job keeping my 8 year old calm while having to get a couple of stitches. Glad to have found this facility since we were on vacation in surf city.
We've used NHRMC a number of times several times for testing for Mom and once for me with a terrible case of poison ivy that wasn't going away. It's a great facility and they treat you very well. The only negative is that i believe this is a private practice and your insurance may not cover as much of the cost as you might expect. I ended up with a bill for over $300 for a visit that was a total of $900 for a bad case of poison ivy. No IVs or anything. Did get a prescription for meds that knocked it out pretty quickly.
