Also, we never get the water bill, although it has been requested many times over (for at least 5 years now). We just mark the calendar as to when it's due anymore.
The only added point I would state is they are overwhelmed with the amount of building going on in the area and do the best job anyone could do with the limited staff available to work on these complex projects.
The meter itself was unreadable, as it was muddied over...
The cost of water is expensive, but this leads me to believe that we're not being charged accurately (which makes sense, because there have been times when we've been out of the house for a long period, but the water bill was the same.)
My water was turned off due to a mix-up with my apartment complex after taking over another tenants lease. The tech came out and overlooked the notes that requested them to get a signature from our office for re-connection (not something they are required to do, but were willing in my case). I called back the next morning and Regina helped me to get my water scheduled for re-connection, again (without fee). She was very understanding and fixed things in no-time. For once it was nice not having to raise my voice over the phone at someone who doesn't sympathize with your situation. Most of the time that is how it is these days, but not this time. Thanks Regina, and the woman who made an exception in my case for a signature!

This is an example of when 'Good ol boys' run something versus people who have a clue.
Can I give less than one star? The worst public utility. I wish we had a choice!!
Had to manually shut off our water to do some work in the house. When I went to the meter, I saw that the grass had grown completely over the box, we could not find the meter. When we did.. we had to tear at the grass to get to it and open up the access to it.
Our company’s conversations to get due diligence information from the engineering department and reception with Lorraine were very professional. We found everyone to be very supportive and informative.
