Gina Golden intentionally changed my primary care provider to the wrong provider, despite being given the proper paperwork from the actual provider before my appointment on November 6, 2017. Thereafter, I had a stroke while at the doctor's office on the same day at the New Hanover Medical Group, due to her incompetence, I had to go back Social Services to get it all straightened out yesterday before I was medically cleared in order to not receive any bills culminating from that visit and thereon !

They see you standing there in line and they act like they do not see you, you should not take your problems to work let alone tell a customer that you do not know what you are doing. Awful services. Rude.
