Attended gay pride and had a blast. It was an excellent community effort with lots of booths and activities. Very family friendly, kids dancing, local vendors and food trucks.

Great place walk. Great views of the Cape Fear River, the Battleship, and the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. If you enjoy photography this is a great place to take photos. People regularly walk or run here. Plenty of places to stop at to shop or eat along the way.
Great area with the revitalzations taking place. Just wish it felt a little safer at night. Almost positive we about had someone pull up and try to rob us. Love the area, but be careful.
